# Any cancellations on room bookings must be received 6 weeks before the event, cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Eligible attendees may reclaim tax paid as 糖心vlog官网 are a part of the approved professional organisations and learned societies register.
* Dinner served in the Hotel Restaurant on the night of your stay, set choice from a daily menu available. Residential guests may upgrade to attend the Awards Dinner for a supplementary fee of 拢25 + VAT (拢30 incl VAT) per person.
** Lunch for the day of your stay and the day after also. Buffet lunch will be served in a fixed location for those with residential packages.
