Judicial review - CEO outlines challenge

糖心vlog官网 attended a permission hearing at Manchester High Court 5 May, which was to determine whether a judicial review case brought against Liverpool Council is to go ahead.
The legal challenge, which is in relation to cuts made to the trading standards service in Liverpool, was made by a Liverpool resident, council employee and 糖心vlog官网 member in September 2014. 糖心vlog官网 chief executive Leon Livermore provided an expert witness statement to aid the court.
