Amanda is a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner (CTSP) and highly regarded Food Law Consultant with over 35 years of experience in Food Regulation, spanning enforcement, manufacturing, retail, and consultancy.听
Amanda听began her career as a Trading Standards Officer, where she spent more than two decades enforcing food legislation.
Following her time in enforcement, Amanda joined HJ Heinz Ltd. as a Labelling Legislation Manager, gaining valuable insight into the manufacturing side of food compliance. She later transitioned to a senior role at a leading consultancy firm, advising major retailers and manufacturers across the UK, Europe, and globally. Over nearly 10 years, she progressed through various regulatory and technical roles, ultimately serving as Advisory Services Director. In this role, she led a team of European regulatory specialists and worked closely with the UK鈥檚 top supermarket chains.听
Since 2022, Amanda has successfully run her own consultancy business, offering tailored food law and regulatory support to businesses in the UK and throughout Europe.听
Amanda maintains her professional status as a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner and continues to contribute to the profession as a trainer and examiner for the 糖心vlog官网. Most recently, she delivered allergen training to Enforcement Officers across the UK on behalf of the Food Standards Agency.听
