The course is comprised of two in-person training days in our city of London offices, a series of mandatory 1-hour webinar sessions and an optional 4-hour webinar on a selected specialist subject area.

11 Feb (10 -11am) - Net quantity, durability, storage, use, FBO, COO and ABV, presentation and misleading
25 Feb (11 - 12noon) - Nutrition
9 Mar (9.30 - 10.30am) - Marketing claims -social media, ASA, substantiation
25 Mar (10 - 11am) - Enforcement of Food laws
22 Apr (9.30 - 10.30am) - Basic HACCP and how it relates to food labelling and standards
