She has investigated multinational corporations, has led nationally led compliance campaigns, and overseen initiatives that have helped shape local and national regulatory frameworks. As a Chair of London Trading Standards and a board member of both National Trading Standards and the ACTSO executive, she has played a key role in advancing policy, securing strategic funding and building high performance teams.聽 Her expertise spans commercial standards, licensing, health and safety and food.
